Our Sweet Memories wedding or Vow Renewal package includes all the unique details in our Intimate Affair Package, plus the addition of our Deluxe Photography Package! Your perfect wedding won’t be complete without the “Sweet Memories” that your beautiful wedding photos embody.

Your choice from our library of lovely wedding ceremonies will be officiated at the location of your choice – beach, garden, chapel, park, river, private home or wherever you choose in the Greater Daytona Beach area (including Ormond By the Sea, Ormond Beach, Holly Hill, Daytona Beach, Daytona Beach Shores, South Daytona, Port Orange, Wilbur By the Sea, Ponce Inlet, New Smyrna Beach and Edgewater).

OUR SWEET MEMORIES WEDDING PACKAGE INCLUDES:

  • A professional, experienced Wedding Officiant who will conduct your personalized, sincere, romantic wedding ceremony.

  • Our staff’s travel to your choice of wedding location.

  • Unlimited consultation with your wedding coordinator to help you plan the wedding ceremony from start to finish.

  • Your choice of wedding ceremony from our vast library of scripts (traditional, contemporary, Christian, poetic, etc.) which we will help you customize if you like. You may incorporate your own vows or sentiments and readings.

  • The option to include any children of the couple in the wedding ceremony.

  • A collection of heart-felt poems and soul-stirring prayers and blessings from which to choose to make your ceremony truly unique.

  • Beautiful wedding music for your ceremony. You may choose from our exhaustive list of recorded music – traditional and nontraditional. We have a collection of classical, country, pop, rock, soul, R&B and more.

  • A wedding rehearsal at our office before your wedding day, or on-site immediately prior to your wedding (on-site rehearsals on a different day or time require an extra fee).

  • A Keepsake Certificate of Marriage printed on bordered parchment with a gold seal, suitable for framing.

  • Option to use one of our silk flower bridal bouquets (return after ceremony or purchase for $35).

  • Option to use one of our matching silk boutonnieres (return after ceremony or purchase for $5).

  • Your wedding vows printed on parchment suitable for framing.

  • An unlimited number of guests (for beach weddings, if 50 or more people will be attending, including 2 of our staff, Beach Services requires a beach event permit to be purchased, as well as liability insurance. $100 beach event permit, plus liability insurance – about $100. (If less than 50 people total, permit and insurance are not required.)

  • Filing of your Florida marriage license with the Clerk of Court for recording AFTER the wedding ceremony by certified mail. Please note: the couple must obtain a Florida marriage license from any Clerk of Court in Florida in order to be married in Florida. You must present the license to us before the ceremony, along with both your photo ID’s for verification before we can proceed.)

  • Our Deluxe Wedding Photography Package (at least 75 photos). Includes photography of the wedding or vow renewal ceremony and a formal photo shoot immediately following the ceremony (an additional charge will be necessary for shooting at a separate location, or for reception photography.

  • The Deluxe Photo Package includes…

    • One (1) slideshow DVD – a fabulous TV compatible Slideshow with couple’s favorite music playing in the background!  Great for sharing your wedding memories with family and friends, AND…

    • Your choice of either print package A or B below:

    • A) 28 prints – (3) 8×10, (8) 5×7, (8) 3.5×5 and 9 wallets, OR…
      B)       20 prints – all 5×7.
